Order direct in Lebanon, without the delivery app commission

Keep Toters for the stranger who has never heard of you, and give the regular who already knows your name your own menu to order from: a link in your bio and a QR on the table, with 0% commission on every order and every plan. The order arrives in your WhatsApp free, or on your own checkout on Plus, paid in cash, a Whish or OMT transfer, Whish Pay, or a card through your own bank.

Used in Beirut by The Protein Bar, six of Fakhani Gourmet’s branches, Harbs Bakery and Joy Beirut.

Plus $49 a location a month, 0% commission.

0% commission, every order, every plan

Including Free. The money moves between you and whoever you take payment with, and gateway fees go straight to the gateway.

Keep the app for discovery

A marketplace is how a stranger finds you, and that is worth paying for. What is not worth paying for is the regular who already knows your name paying you 15 to 30% less than they used to.

Your own link

ala.menu/yourname, or your own domain on Pro. Your colours, your logo, your photos, your counter prices instead of delivery pricing.

Take the order however the diner likes

A proper checkout on your own page with delivery zones and an order dashboard, or a WhatsApp message with the items already written out. Cash on delivery, or a Whish, OMT or bank transfer the diner sends and you confirm. Whish Pay works as a live gateway in USD and LBP, and cards run through CyberSource with NetCommerce or any bank, or Areeba’s Mastercard gateway; the money never passes through us. Online payments are Plus.

The customer comes with the order

Name, phone, what they ordered, what they spent, when they last came. On a marketplace all of that stays in the marketplace.

Nothing to install, for anyone

The diner opens a link. You open a dashboard. Nobody downloads an app for one restaurant.

Live in three steps

1. Send the menu you have

A PDF, a photo of the printed menu, or just describe it. The AI builder does the typing, on the free plan with no quota.

2. Pick how you get paid

Cash, a Whish or OMT transfer the diner sends you, Whish Pay, or your bank’s card gateway. Turn on only what you use.

3. Put it in your bio and on the tables

The link in your Instagram bio, the QR on the tables. Orders come to your own page or straight into WhatsApp.

Delivery aggregators
Toters is the only aggregator operating here at scale. It does not publish a merchant rate card, so treat any exact number as hearsay: regional press reports 15 to 30% of order value for this category. Talabat does not operate in Lebanon: talabat.com/lebanon returned 404 when we checked on 2026-07-26.
Our commission
0% per order, on every plan including Free. Gateway fees go straight between you and the gateway: Whish’s own per-payment fee (1% when we last checked) goes to Whish, not to us.
Payment rails you can switch on
Cash on delivery. Manual transfer with the Whish, OMT, bank and other presets: the diner sends, you confirm, and a manual transfer never marks the order paid on its own. Whish Pay as a live online gateway, in USD and LBP only. Cards through CyberSource, with NetCommerce or any bank, or Areeba’s Mastercard gateway. Online payments are Plus.
Currency
USD base with LBP shown to diners, at a rate and a rounding step you set. While that is on, online card payment pauses by design, because the gateway would otherwise be handed an amount you do not settle in. Cash, transfer and WhatsApp orders carry on as normal.
Languages
Arabic with full native RTL, English and French. Publishing the menu in Arabic is free; offering diners a language switcher, with AI translation across 21 languages, is Plus.
Where the menu lives
ala.menu/yourname on Free and Plus. Your own domain is Pro.
Price
Plus $49 a location a month, Pro $99, Free to start; 0% commission on every plan.

What is commission actually costing you?

Put in your own numbers. This is the cut a delivery app takes before you pay for food, staff, or rent.

Lost per month

$1,620

Lost per year

$19,440

An estimate from the numbers you entered. Commission on ala.menu is 0% on every plan, including Free.

A delivery app keeps your customer. Here the customer is yours.

On an aggregator the guest belongs to the app. The number, the name and the order history sit in their account, and reaching that same guest again means paying for them again. On a menu you own, all of it stays with you.

Customers

Every order writes a customer row: name, phone, how many orders, what they spent, when they last ordered. Open one and the full order history is there, with a phone number you can actually call. On Plus.

CSV export

Export the whole list, or only the customers who agreed to hear from you, with orders, spend, and first and last order dates. It is your list, in a file, whenever you want it. On Pro.

Promo codes

Bring a guest back with a code you set yourself: a percentage, a fixed amount, or free delivery. It can apply on its own, be limited to a first order, or be usable once per phone number. On Plus.

Reviews

The rating and the written feedback come to you. You choose the mode: collect privately, send diners to your Google listing, or do both. On Plus.

Loyalty

A punch card that rewards every few orders, or a reward at a spend milestone, with the card saved in Apple and Google Wallet. Website orders stamp themselves; walk-ins and WhatsApp orders you stamp. On Pro.

Analytics

Menu views, unique visitors, the most tapped item, orders, the view-to-order rate, and the funnel from a view to a placed order. On Plus.

Lebanon, answered

How much does Toters take?

Toters does not publish a merchant rate card, and we will not print a number we cannot source. Regional press reports 15 to 30% of order value for delivery aggregators in this region. Your own rate is on your statement. An order that comes through your own menu costs 0%, on every plan.

Can I keep Toters and use this too?

Yes, and most restaurants should at first. The app is how a stranger finds you. Your own menu is how the second order arrives: the QR on the table, the link in your bio, the customer who already knows your name. That order costs 0% and the customer’s number stays in your list.

Can I take Whish and OMT?

Yes. A Whish, OMT or bank transfer the diner sends and you confirm, on Plus; a manual transfer never marks the order paid on its own. Whish Pay also works as a live online gateway in USD and LBP. On WhatsApp orders, the message carries the account you add so the diner knows where to send the money.

Can diners pay by card?

Yes, on Plus, through your own account: CyberSource with NetCommerce or any bank, or Areeba’s Mastercard gateway. The money goes from the gateway to you and never passes through us. Plenty of restaurants run on cash and a Whish or OMT transfer instead, and that is fine too.

Do prices show in lira?

Yes. Keep your prices in dollars and show diners lira at a rate and rounding step you set, while your dashboard and reports stay in dollars. Online card payment pauses while that setting is on, because the gateway would otherwise be handed an amount you do not settle in. Cash, manual transfer and WhatsApp orders keep working.

Is the Arabic real Arabic?

Yes. The menu renders right to left natively with a loaded Arabic webfont, not a mirrored English layout. You can publish the menu in Arabic on the free plan. Offering diners a switcher between languages, with AI translation into 21 languages, is on Plus.

How fast can I be live?

Send a PDF, photos or a text and the AI builds the menu in minutes, on the free plan. Add your WhatsApp number and orders can start the same day; the link goes in your bio and the QR on the tables.

What does it cost?

The menu, your Page, the QR and WhatsApp ordering are free, with no card and no trial period. Website ordering with delivery zones, Whish Pay and cards, the customer list and promo codes are Plus; a custom domain and the loyalty card are Pro. Plus is $49 a location a month and Pro $99. 0% commission on every plan.

Keep the discovery. Keep the margin too.
