Online ordering system for restaurants at 0% commission
ala.menu is the online ordering system that runs on your restaurant’s own menu: a cart with sizes and add-ons, delivery priced by area, cards through your bank, Whish or cash, an order board and live tracking, at 0% commission. Orders come in from your bio, your QR and the table, on the order board with tracking for the diner and on your WhatsApp or Telegram if you want the ping, as at The Protein Bar; every diner joins your customer list with a loyalty card in their wallet.
The Protein Bar takes card orders through CyberSource on both its Beirut branches.
0% commission on every plan.
What the ordering system does
A checkout on your own link
Sizes, add-ons, notes, pickup or delivery, now or at a time the diner picks, on your own menu at ala.menu/yourname. Plus. WhatsApp orders, written out, are on Free.
Delivery priced four ways
By distance rings, a shape you draw on the map, a named area or a postal code, each zone with its own fee and minimum order. An address outside every zone is refused by default, or accepted with the fee confirmed by the shop if you choose. Plus.
Paid the way your diners pay
Cash; a Whish, OMT, MoMo or bank transfer the diner sends and you confirm; Whish Pay; or cards through your own Stripe, CyberSource, Areeba or PayPal account. The money never passes through us. Plus.
An order board and a kitchen ticket
Orders land on a board that updates in real time and move through accepted, preparing, ready and out for delivery. A ticket goes to the kitchen on Telegram on Plus, or a WhatsApp ping on Business.
The customer, and the way back
Every order writes the customer’s name, a phone number you can dial, the orders and the spend into your list, and promo codes bring them back. Plus.
Nothing for the diner to install
On Plus, a diner who orders on your website, for pickup or delivery, can add the order to Apple Wallet on an iPhone and follow it there, or switch on order notifications on Android. Nothing to install. There is a live tracking page too; WhatsApp updates after the diner messages you are on Pro, automatic ones to diners who opted in on Business.

Every customer stays yours: the number, the orders, the cart they left, on your own list
Every order on your menu writes the diner’s name, number and order history to your customer list, and from that list you call, message or reward the same guest again.
Customers
Every order writes a customer row: name, phone, how many orders, what they spent, when they last ordered. Open one and the full order history is there, with a phone number you can actually call. On Plus.
The cart they left
A diner who typed a phone number at checkout and left is listed under Customers with what was in the cart. One tap opens WhatsApp with a reminder in their language, and a promo code if you choose. On Plus.
The regular who stopped coming
The customer list filters to anyone with no order in 30 days. Open the row, tap WhatsApp, and on Pro attach a coupon locked to that person. On Plus.
CSV export
Export the whole list, or only the customers who agreed to hear from you, with orders, spend, and first and last order dates. It is your list, in a file, whenever you want it. On Pro.
Promo codes
Bring a guest back with a code you set yourself: a percentage, a fixed amount, or free delivery. It can apply on its own, be limited to a first order, or be usable once per phone number. On Plus.
Reviews
After an order every diner sees the stars and a Review on Google button, and the rating and the written feedback come to you. On Plus.
Loyalty
A punch card that rewards every few orders, or a reward at a spend milestone, with the card saved in Apple and Google Wallet. Website orders stamp themselves; walk-ins and WhatsApp orders you stamp. On Pro.
Analytics
Menu views, unique visitors and the most tapped item, free. Orders, the view-to-order rate, and the funnel from a view to a placed order, on Plus.
Online ordering, answered
Is 0% commission real?
Yes, on every plan. You connect your own payment credentials or take cash, so a gateway bills you its own fee directly and no order money ever passes through us.
Can diners pay by card? Which banks?
Yes, on Plus, through your own account: Stripe, CyberSource (NetCommerce or any bank), Areeba’s Mastercard gateway, or PayPal. In Lebanon, Whish Pay works as a live gateway too. On Plus, cash and a Whish, OMT, MoMo or bank transfer the diner sends and you confirm work in every market.
Can I price every area differently?
Yes. Price delivery by distance rings, by shapes you draw, by named area or by postal code, and give each zone its own fee and minimum order. An address outside every zone is refused by default, or accepted with the fee confirmed by the shop if you choose.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The menu is a web page: no app to install and no account to create, and the loyalty card goes to the wallet the phone already has. On Plus, a diner who orders on your website, for pickup or delivery, can add the order to Apple Wallet on an iPhone and follow it there, or switch on order notifications on Android, and there is a live tracking page as well. The number the diner types is yours.
What happens to the money when I reject a paid order?
Rejecting or cancelling a paid order refunds it through Stripe, MPGS, PayPal or CyberSource; a Whish refund you send yourself, wallet to wallet, and it is tracked as due or sent. On Plus.
Do I keep my customers’ numbers?
Yes. Every order on your own menu writes the customer’s name, a real phone number, the orders and the spend into your customer list on Plus; export it as CSV on Pro.
Can I see what diners searched for?
Yes. Analytics shows what diners searched for on the menu, including the searches that found nothing. On Plus.
What does it cost?
Plus is $49 a location a month and Pro $99. The menu and WhatsApp ordering are free, with no card. Whatever the plan, the commission per order is 0%.
Do I get a weekly report?
Yes. Every Monday at 09:00, Beirut time, you get an email with the week’s views, visitors, orders, revenue, top items, the peak time and the questions the AI waiter could not answer. On Pro.
How far back can analytics go?
Analytics adds a 90-day view and any date range up to 365 days. On Pro.
Take the order. Keep the customer.
Build the menu, switch the checkout on, and stop paying a percentage for customers you already had. Plus $49 a location a month, 0% commission.
