A cloud kitchen has no dining room, so the menu link is the shop. Diners order on your own page with delivery zones and a checkout, or send the order to your WhatsApp with the items written out. Pay by cash, a transfer they send you, or a card through your own gateway. Nothing is taken off any order.

Cash on delivery, or a manual transfer with the Whish, OMT, MoMo, bank and other presets, where the diner sends and you confirm. Cards through your own gateway where one is wired for your market.

Do I need Plus to take orders?
No. WhatsApp ordering is on Free: the diner builds the order on your menu and it arrives in your chat. Plus adds the website checkout, delivery zones, the real-time order board and the diner tracking page.
Can I charge a different delivery fee by area?
Yes. You draw each zone and give it its own fee and its own minimum order. An address outside every zone cannot place a delivery order.
Can diners order for tomorrow?
Yes. Turn on scheduled orders and diners pick a day and a time slot. You set the minimum notice and how far ahead they can book, 7 days unless you change it.
Is there a commission on orders?
No. 0% on every plan, including Free. Payment runs in cash or on your own gateway credentials, so a gateway bills you its own fee directly and no order money passes through us.
Can I run two brands from the same kitchen?
Yes. Each brand is its own menu with its own link, QR code and prices, and you switch between them in one dashboard. On Plus and Pro, every menu after the first is billed as an extra location.
Do you deliver the orders?
No. We take the order, show it on your board and track it for the diner; the driving is yours or your courier’s. Keep the delivery app for discovery and take the repeat orders on your own link.
