A WhatsApp store for your restaurant or shop in Lebanon, free
A menu or catalogue at your own link and in your Instagram bio, where the customer builds the cart and the order lands in your WhatsApp written out: items, sizes, total and address, priced by the server and logged with the customer’s number. Free, with no app to build and 0% commission; on Plus the message carries your Whish, OMT or bank account and your promo codes apply.
Used in Beirut by Harbs Bakery, The Protein Bar, six of Fakhani Gourmet’s branches and Joy Beirut.
Plus $49 a location a month, 0% commission.

What a WhatsApp order looks like here
The order, written out
Items, sizes, add-ons, quantities, notes, the total and, for a delivery, the address, in one message to your number. No back and forth to work out what they meant. Free.
The customer, logged
The order is priced by the server, not by the message, and written to your order log with the customer’s number, so a WhatsApp regular is in your list like any other. The list is Plus.
Promo codes on WhatsApp orders
A code or an automatic offer applies to a WhatsApp order the same as a website one. Plus.
The delivery fee in the message
Set delivery zones and the zone name and its fee ride in the order, so the diner sees the total before sending. Plus.
Orders for later
Turn on scheduled orders and the message carries the day and time the diner picked.
It grows into a checkout
The same link takes website orders with a checkout, online payments and an order board when you are ready, on Plus. Nothing to reprint.
Live in three steps
1. Build your menu
Send a PDF, a photo or a description. The AI builder does the typing, free.
2. Turn on WhatsApp ordering

On the tables, in your Instagram bio, in your status. Orders start arriving in chat.

Lebanon, spelled out
- Payment rails you can switch on
- Cash on delivery. Manual transfer with the Whish, OMT, bank and other presets: the diner sends, you confirm, and a manual transfer never marks the order paid on its own. Whish Pay as a live online gateway, in USD and LBP only. Cards through CyberSource, with NetCommerce or any bank, or Areeba’s Mastercard gateway. Online payments are Plus.
- Currency
- USD base with LBP shown to diners, at a rate and a rounding step you set. While that is on, online card payment pauses by design, because the gateway would otherwise be handed an amount you do not settle in. Cash, transfer and WhatsApp orders carry on as normal.
- Languages
- Arabic with full native RTL, English and French. Publishing the menu in Arabic is free; offering diners a language switcher, with AI translation across 21 languages, is Plus.
- Where the menu lives
- ala.menu/yourname on Free and Plus. Your own domain is Pro.
- Price
- Plus $49 a location a month, Pro $99, Free to start; 0% commission on every plan.
WhatsApp ordering, answered
Can my customers order from my Instagram link?
Yes. Put your menu link in your Instagram bio; the diner opens the menu, builds the order and sends it to your WhatsApp. If WhatsApp does not open, the order is never marked as sent: the message stays written, one tap away.
Do my guests need to install anything?
No. They scan your QR code or tap your link, browse the menu in their browser, and the order opens in the WhatsApp they already have. Nothing to download, no account to create.
How does the order actually reach me?
As a WhatsApp message with the items, quantities, total and any notes written out, and the address for a delivery. You reply to confirm, like any other customer message. The diner pays you directly, in cash or by a transfer: add a Whish, OMT, MoMo or bank account on Plus and the message carries it.
Can I use promo codes on WhatsApp orders?
Yes, on Plus. Codes and automatic offers apply to WhatsApp orders the same as website ones.
Is WhatsApp ordering really free?
Yes. WhatsApp ordering, your menu and a QR code that never changes are on the Free plan, with no card required and 0% commission. Plus adds the checkout on your own page, delivery zones, payments, promo codes and the order board.
Can I keep my delivery app and use this too?
Yes, most restaurants keep both at first. Orders through your own menu cost you nothing, so every regular you move across is margin you were giving away.
What does it cost?
WhatsApp ordering is free. Plus is $49 a location a month and Pro $99. 0% commission on every plan.
