Why does the link matter if I have a QR code?
Because the QR is only one of the places a menu lives. The other places are your Instagram bio, a WhatsApp status, a reply to someone asking what you serve, and a printed flyer. A 32-character random string works in none of them.
How hard is it to switch?
You send us the menu and reprint the QR once. Their own site describes an order as a WhatsApp message to the restaurant, so there is no checkout wired into a gateway that has to be unpicked before you move.
Is ScanGo bad?
No. It is a cheap, working QR menu, and their own site lists multi-language menus, statistics and multi-branch management. They also have NFC tags, which we do not. What this page is about is the link, the free plan, and what the design costs.
What do I get for free that I am paying $5 a month for?

Can I keep my current QR stickers?
No, the code has to change once, because it has to point at your new menu. After that it never has to change again, whatever you do to prices, items or the restaurant name.
