The customer list filters to anyone with no order in 30 days. Open the row, tap WhatsApp, and on Pro attach a coupon locked to that person. On Plus.

The menu is a web page, so nothing is downloaded: photos arrive resized and compressed for the phone and load as the diner scrolls, and the order is one form. A WhatsApp order’s message carries the full cart.
