Can my customers pay with Whish or OMT?
Yes. A Whish, OMT or bank transfer the diner sends and you confirm, on Plus; a manual transfer never marks the order paid on its own. Whish Pay also works as a live online gateway in USD and LBP. On WhatsApp orders, the message carries the account you add so the diner knows where to send the money.
Can diners pay by card?
Yes, on Plus, through your own account: CyberSource with NetCommerce or any bank, Areeba’s Mastercard gateway, Stripe or PayPal. The money goes from the gateway to you and never passes through us. Plenty of restaurants run on cash and a Whish or OMT transfer instead, and that is fine too.
Can the total show in dollars and in lira?
Yes. A menu can show the order total a second time in another currency, for example LBP next to USD, at your own rate, rounded to a step you pick between 0.5 and 5,000. It is display only and does not pause payment. Free.
Will the driver have change?
Cash-on-delivery checkout asks which note the diner will pay with ($20, $50 or $100 on dollar and lira menus), so the driver brings change. On Plus.
How is delivery priced, and who delivers?
Delivery can be priced four ways: by named area, by distance rings, by shapes drawn on the map, or by postal codes and prefixes, each zone with its own fee and minimum order. On Plus. Delivery minutes, from 0 to 240, are added to the preparation time, and with the estimate switched on, a diner ordering for now sees a 10-minute window before ordering. Free. Your own riders or your courier carry the order, and the diner pays the fee you set for the area.
Can I keep Toters and use this too?
Yes. Many restaurants keep both: the regular who already knows your name orders on your own menu, from the QR on the table or the link in your bio, at 0% commission, and that customer’s number stays in your list.
Does it work when the connection is weak?
The menu is a web page, so nothing is downloaded. Photos arrive resized and compressed for the phone and load as the diner scrolls, the order is one form, and the order’s WhatsApp message carries the full cart.
What does it cost?
Website ordering with delivery zones, Whish Pay and cards, the customer list and promo codes are Plus; a custom domain and the loyalty card are Pro. Plus is $49 a location a month and Pro $99.
