Online ordering and digital menus for restaurants in Lebanon
For a restaurant, cafe or home kitchen in Lebanon that wants its own menu and its own orders. Your menu lives at ala.menu/yourname, the QR code goes on the tables, and orders arrive through your own page or on WhatsApp. Cash, a Whish or OMT transfer, or a card where your bank sells you a gateway. The menu is free forever, and there is no commission on any order, on any plan.

What a Lebanese restaurant actually gets
0% commission, every order
Nothing is taken off an order on any plan, including Free. The money moves between you and whoever you take payment with.
The rails people here actually use
Cash on delivery, and manual transfer with the Whish, OMT and bank presets, where the diner sends and you mark it received. Whish Pay works as a real gateway in Lebanon, and cards run through CyberSource with the NetCommerce acquirer.
Price in dollars, show lira
Keep the catalogue in USD and show diners LBP at your own rate and your own rounding step. Your dashboard, your POS and your reports stay in USD.
Arabic, properly
Not an auto-flip. Full native right-to-left rendering with a real Arabic webfont, and you can publish the menu in Arabic on the free plan.
One QR that survives everything
The printed code points at ala.menu/q/yourcode, which is allocated once and never changes. Rename the menu, redo the prices, change the restaurant name. Do not reprint.
Free, with no card and no expiry
A full menu, more than 20 premium templates, your own Page, and WhatsApp ordering, with no card and no expiry. Website ordering with a dashboard is Plus.
Live in three steps
1. Send the menu you have
A PDF, a photo of the printed menu, or just describe it. The AI builder does the typing. That works on the free plan with no quota.
2. Pick how you get paid
Cash, a Whish or OMT transfer the diner sends you, Whish Pay, or your bank gateway. Turn on only what you actually use.
3. Put the QR on the tables
And the link in your Instagram bio. Orders come to your own page or straight into WhatsApp.
Lebanon, spelled out
- Delivery aggregators
- Toters is the only aggregator operating here at scale. It does not publish a merchant rate card, so treat any exact number as hearsay: regional press reports 15 to 30% of order value for this category. Talabat does not operate in Lebanon: talabat.com/lebanon returned 404 when we checked on 2026-07-26.
- Our commission
- 0% per order, on Free, Plus and Pro alike. Gateway fees go straight between you and the gateway: Whish’s own per-payment fee (1% when we last checked) goes to Whish, not to us.
- Payment rails you can switch on
- Cash on delivery. Manual transfer with the Whish, OMT, bank and other presets. The diner sends, you confirm, and a manual transfer never marks the order paid on its own. Whish Pay as a real online gateway, in USD and LBP only. Cards through CyberSource, wired here for the NetCommerce acquirer.
- Currency
- USD base with LBP shown to diners, at a rate and a rounding step you set. While that is on, online card payment pauses by design, because the gateway would otherwise be handed an amount you do not settle in. Cash, transfer and WhatsApp orders carry on as normal.
- Languages
- Arabic with full native RTL, English and French. Publishing the menu in Arabic is free; offering diners a language switcher, with AI translation across 21 languages, is Plus.
- Where the menu lives
- ala.menu/yourname on Free and Plus. Your own domain is Pro.
A delivery app keeps your customer. Here the customer is yours.
On an aggregator the guest belongs to the app. The number, the name and the order history sit in their account, and reaching that same guest again means paying for them again. On a menu you own, all of it stays with you.
Customers
Every order writes a customer row: name, phone, how many orders, what they spent, when they last ordered. Open one and the full order history is there, with a phone number you can actually call. On Plus.
CSV export
Export the whole list, or only the customers who agreed to hear from you, with orders, spend, and first and last order dates. It is your list, in a file, whenever you want it. On Pro.
Promo codes
Bring a guest back with a code you set yourself: a percentage, a fixed amount, or free delivery. It can apply on its own, be limited to a first order, or be usable once per phone number. On Plus.
Reviews
The rating and the written feedback come to you. You choose the mode: collect privately, send diners to your Google listing, or do both. On Plus.
Loyalty
A punch card that rewards every few orders, or a reward at a spend milestone, with the card saved in Apple and Google Wallet. Website orders stamp themselves; walk-ins and WhatsApp orders you stamp. On Pro.
Analytics
Menu views, unique visitors, the most tapped item, orders, the view-to-order rate, and the funnel from a view to a placed order. On Plus.

Lebanon, answered
How much does Toters take per order?
Toters does not publish a merchant rate card, and we will not print a number we cannot source. Regional press reports 15 to 30% of order value for delivery aggregators in this region. Whatever your own rate is, it is on your statement. An order that comes through your own menu costs 0%.
Does Talabat work in Lebanon?
No. talabat.com/lebanon returned a 404 when we checked it on 2026-07-26. Toters is the aggregator operating here at scale.
Can I take card payments in Lebanon?
Yes, two ways. Whish Pay works as a real online gateway here in USD and LBP, and Lebanon is the one market where it does. Cards also run through CyberSource, which this product is wired for with the NetCommerce acquirer. Neither is required. Plenty of restaurants run on cash and a Whish or OMT transfer.
Can I price in dollars and show lira?
Yes. You set a rate and a rounding step, and every amount a diner sees is converted while your dashboard, reports and POS stay in your base currency. One thing to know: online card payment pauses while that setting is on, because the gateway would otherwise be handed an amount you do not settle in. Cash, manual transfer and WhatsApp orders keep working.
Is the Arabic real Arabic, or a machine flip?
Real. The menu renders right to left natively with a loaded Arabic webfont, not a mirrored English layout. You can publish the menu in Arabic on the free plan. Offering diners a switcher between languages, with AI translation into 21 languages, is on Plus.
What does it cost?
The menu, the templates, your Page and WhatsApp ordering are free, with no card and no trial period. Website ordering with delivery zones and an order dashboard is Plus; a custom domain, branches, loyalty and white-label are Pro. Paid plans are priced by region, so the current figure for you is on the pricing page.
Do I have to leave the delivery app?
No, and most restaurants should not at first. The app is how a stranger finds you. Your own menu is how the second order arrives: the QR on the table, the link in your bio, the customer who already knows your name. Every order that moves across is margin you had been giving away.
