Payment rails you can switch on

Delivery
Priced by named area in Baghdad, by distance ring, by a shape drawn on the map or by postal code, each zone with its own fee and minimum order (Plus). Where an area has a drawn outline, the diner’s pin decides the fee. Delivery minutes are added to the preparation time, and a diner ordering for now can see a 10-minute window before ordering. Your own riders or your courier carry the order.
Phone and alerts
Checkout opens the phone field on +964 and stores the number in international form. A WhatsApp order arrives in your WhatsApp; a website order lands on the order board (Plus), with the kitchen ticket in Telegram on Plus and a WhatsApp ping on Business.
Hours
“Order now” is refused outside opening hours unless you turn that off, and hours that run past midnight work. Free. A whole category can be scheduled by day of the week and time of day, on the restaurant’s clock, overnight windows included. Free.

Every order on your menu writes the diner’s name, number and order history to your customer list, and from that list you call, message or reward the same guest again.

Customers

Every order writes a customer row: name, phone, how many orders, what they spent, when they last ordered. Open one and the full order history is there, with a phone number you can actually call. On Plus.

The cart they left

A diner who typed a phone number at checkout and left is listed under Customers with what was in the cart. One tap opens WhatsApp with a reminder in their language, and a promo code if you choose. On Plus.

The regular who stopped coming

The customer list filters to anyone with no order in 30 days. Open the row, tap WhatsApp, and on Pro attach a coupon locked to that person. On Plus.

CSV export

Export the whole list, or only the customers who agreed to hear from you, with orders, spend, and first and last order dates. It is your list, in a file, whenever you want it. On Pro.

Promo codes

Can my customers pay with Zain Cash?

Yes, as a transfer: you pick the one transfer wallet your checkout shows, Zain Cash, AsiaHawala or FIB, and name it with your account in the dashboard, beside cash and cards. The diner sends the money, and you confirm before the order moves. The transfer option on your checkout and in the WhatsApp order message is on Plus.

Do prices print as whole dinars?

Yes. ISO 4217 classifies the Iraqi dinar as a three-decimal currency, and this product deliberately does not follow that, because Iraqi prices circulate whole. An item priced at 18,000 shows as 18,000, not 18,000.000. On every plan.

Can I price every Baghdad area differently?

Yes. Delivery can be priced four ways: by named area, by distance rings, by shapes drawn on the map, or by postal codes and prefixes, each zone with its own fee and minimum order. On Plus. An address outside every zone is refused by default, or accepted with the fee confirmed by the shop if you choose. On Plus. Yoki Sushi prices its Baghdad delivery by area this way.

How is the delivery fee set when the diner drops a pin?

Where the area has a drawn outline on the map, the diner’s pin decides which area the address falls in, and so the fee and the minimum order. Delivery can also be priced by distance rings or by a shape you draw, each zone with its own fee. On Plus.

Does the AI waiter speak Arabic?

Yes. It replies in the language of the diner’s last message, Arabic script, Arabizi or English, answers from your menu and fills the cart; the diner places the order. On Plus with 50 conversations a month per menu, more on Pro and Business. Yoki Sushi runs it on its Baghdad menu.

Can I keep Talabat and use this too?

Yes. Nothing here is exclusive. Keep the app for customers who find you there, and take your regulars on your own link and WhatsApp at 0% commission, where their number and order history stay in your list.

Does it work when the connection is weak?

The menu is a web page, so nothing is downloaded. Photos arrive resized and compressed for the phone and load as the diner scrolls, the order is one form, and the order’s WhatsApp message carries the full cart.

What does it cost?

Website ordering with delivery areas, payments and the AI waiter is Plus; a custom domain and loyalty are Pro. Plus is $49 a location a month and Pro $99. The menu, your Page and WhatsApp ordering are free, with no card and no trial. 0% commission on every plan.
