How an online order reaches your kitchen, your driver and your diner
An order nobody has accepted keeps the order board chiming every 15 seconds and can re-alert your team’s phones every 20 seconds for 5, 10 or 15 minutes, while the kitchen ticket can go to up to 10 Telegram chats, on Plus. Once the diner taps to message you, WhatsApp tells them when the order is confirmed and when it is ready or out for delivery, on Pro.
Used in Beirut by The Protein Bar, six of Fakhani Gourmet’s branches, Harbs Bakery and Joy Beirut.

What happens while the kitchen is busy
Nobody misses a new order
An order nobody has accepted keeps the order board chiming every 15 seconds and can re-alert the team’s phones every 20 seconds for 5, 10 or 15 minutes. On Plus.
Say no with a reason, change it after
A pending order can be rejected with one of five reasons, and a live order, items and delivery fee included, can be edited until it is completed. On Plus.
Unpaid orders clear themselves
An online payment left unpaid for 30 minutes expires by itself, and any promo or loyalty reward it held goes back. On Plus.
Opening hours that hold
“Order now” is refused outside opening hours unless you turn that off, and hours that run past midnight work. Free.
The ticket in the kitchen chat
The kitchen ticket can go to up to 10 Telegram chats, staff groups included. It lists items with options, the address, totals and payment method, in English or Arabic. On Plus.
The diner hears from you
Once the diner taps to message you, they get a WhatsApp message when their order is confirmed and when it is ready or out for delivery. A “preparing” message can be switched on, and a rejected order, or one you cancel, is always messaged. On Pro.
One review ask, at the right time
Two hours after a completed order, a diner who messaged you on WhatsApp gets one Google review link there, never more than once per restaurant. On Pro.
The driver brings change
Cash-on-delivery checkout asks which note the diner will pay with ($20, $50 or $100 on dollar and lira menus), so the driver brings change. On Plus.
Already running on ala.menu.
One order, start to finish
1. The diner orders
They build the cart on your menu and check out for pickup or delivery, now or in a slot they pick. On Plus.
2. The board alerts
The order lands on the order board, which chimes every 15 seconds until someone accepts it, with a push to the team’s phones and an email. On Plus.
3. The kitchen gets the ticket
The kitchen ticket goes to your Telegram chats, and the order moves through preparing, then ready for pickup or out for delivery, then done. On Plus.
4. The diner is messaged
Once the diner taps to message you, WhatsApp tells them the order is confirmed and when it is ready or on its way, and two hours after it is completed they get one Google review link. On Pro.
