Delete your À la menu account
For the À la menu merchant app and the dashboard at ala.menu.
On the web
Sign in at ala.menu, open Settings, choose Delete account, type the phrase shown and confirm.
In the app
The merchant app creates no account, so there is none to delete in it. A sign-in in the app without an account is discarded immediately, and no data is kept.
By email
Write to [email protected] from the address you sign in with. We reply within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account, your sign-in, your menus, your link-in-bio pages, and your devices and their push registrations are deleted at once.
What is kept
Records of orders already placed with your restaurant, for disputes and legal purposes, as our privacy policy describes.
